i appreciated the hotel's location right in the town centre , it was convenient. the staff were consistently friendly , and it made for a warm welcome. my room was also clean , which is always a plus for me.
i thought the room was a little small.

the breakfast buffet offered a good start to the day. ordering additional items from the friendly staff was easy , ensuring a personalized meal , that was very tasty. the hotel's bar areas provided ample space to relax , i thought.

the staff's friendliness shone . they seemed genuinely happy to assist guests , and were prompt. it was evident they work hard to maintain a positive atmosphere , and create a cute atmosphere.

the hotel is near shops and the alhambra theatre. it is also close to pittencrief park , that is beautiful. car parking is directly out the back , and that was very useful for us.

i found the room to be very clean i noticed few marks on the sheets however they seemed to come from the laundry bags. breakfast was superb the staff were all nice.

the hotel is located in the town center. it is near the bus station. the staff seemed friendly. the food tasted good.
i payed for the most expensive business room, and it was small. it was not good for a couple. i had to ask for the bill 3 times. i found this annoying.
